Mission…

A group coaching program to guide you through a journey of reflection & experimentation with nutrition and self-care activities designed to help you reset your life to replenish your body and soul.

Lisa has put the heart and soul of her Women’s Integrative Wellness practice into a virtual group setting in order to help more women reach their personal wellness goals.

Nutrition

-10 day guided whole food nutrition plan including shopping lists & recipes.

We will explore, not just what foods we should remove and add, but why and how. Lisa’s goal is to make it as easy as possible to incorporate changes through a guided elimination plan. 

Self Care

If we don’t take care of ourselves, how can we take care of anyone else? 

Do you feel so stressed and overwhelmed that you can’t even imagine where to start on your wellness journey? Do you find yourself eating to calm your emotions? Are you sure there is no time for self care? 

Lisa will convince you that there is time, and show you simple steps to find ways to nourish your soul. You deserve to feel amazing and the world needs you to be strong and well.

A ten day intensive program, with a “root cause”approach to wellness. Lisa has over 30 years of women’s healthcare experience behind the strategies she shares.
